Privacy Policy — YouPrompt Waitlist

1. Who is responsible for your data

This waitlist is currently operated by an individual (not yet a registered company).

(This contact and controller information is temporary and will be updated once YouPrompt has a permanent business entity and contact address.)

2. What data we collect

When you sign up for the waitlist, we collect: your email address (required), and your answers to optional questions about which AI tools you use and how you currently save prompts (optional).

3. Why we collect this data

We use this data to notify you when YouPrompt launches, and to understand what early users need so we can build a better product. We do not use your data for any other purpose, and we do not sell it to third parties.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your email address based on your consent, which you give by submitting the waitlist form. You can withdraw this consent at any time.

5. Who else has access to your data

The waitlist form is hosted using Tally (tally.so), which acts as a data processor on our behalf. You can read Tally's own privacy policy at https://tally.so/privacy. We do not share your data with any other third party.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep your waitlist data until YouPrompt officially launches and you've been notified, or you ask us to delete it, or 12 months pass without further use — whichever comes first.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete your data, withdraw consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority (in Hungary: NAIH). To exercise any of these rights, email adrienn.kuti.agent@gmail.com.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical measures (such as access controls and data encryption) to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access, including malicious attacks by third parties. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users and the relevant authority as required by law.

8a. User responsibility for public content

If you choose to mark content as public on YouPrompt, that content becomes visible to other users, and you are responsible for the content you choose to share. This does not limit our obligations regarding the security of your account data and personal information as described above.

9. Automated decision-making

We do not use your data for any automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as YouPrompt develops. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date.
